Bachan Singh, Teja. A student of the Minnesota University, who acted as
Secretary of a Ghadr Party meeting held at the Forester's Hall in
Marysville, on 11th August 1929. He spoke at a meeting of the Ghadr
Party in Fresno on the 24th August 1930 at which it was announced that
the Ghadr Party intended to purchase an airplane for the purpose of
training Indians as pilots, and at which Teja Singh Sutantar (T-8) also
made an announcement that the Ghadr Party were prepared to give
instruction in the manufacture and use of bombs and other weapons.
Spoke at a meeting of the Californian Branch of the Indian National
Congress held of Marysville in April 1930.
