In 1928 he was reported to be an active Ghadr Party Worker in California and in the following year was stated to be a regular quarterly subscriber to the Ghadr Party on behalf of the Kirti. Is still in America where his address is:—Newcastle P.O. Box 392, California, U.S.A. Owns landed property jointly with his brother Bhan Singh, who lives at the village.
